Shipping to Canada & USA
Don’t stress, we pay most of the shipping so you can easily get your hands on these amazing all natural plant based products for your dog! Shipping to anywhere in Canada or USA is just $8 flat rate. But if you spend over $50 the shipping is completely FREE! That means zero dollars.
Order Processing Time
We will work hard to package and ship your order on the same or next business day so your dog can benefit from our amazing products as soon as possible. Our warehouse is in Burnaby, BC Canada and shipping transit times will vary depending on delivery location.
Your order will be sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service for speedy quick delivery with full tracking details and package protection insurance. Upon shipping you will receive an email with all your order tracking details. All orders should arrive within 5-6 business days of shipping.
We want you to be happy with your PawsitiveFX purchase. With this in mind, should you find that the product that you ordered is less than acceptable quality, please contact us with the product details and original order information and we would be happy to look into it for you. We will do everything possible to make your purchase right!
Credits are offered on a per case basis – please contact a customer service rep to get approval for refund requests and organize return shipping. Once we have received the returned item(s), confirmed that all is in good order as per your return request, we will issue a refund or credit for the unopened items towards future purchases, or send you alternative products valued at the amount of the credit. The credit issued will not include the value of the cost of shipping to send it to you. Please allow for 1-2 weeks to process a credit at our warehouse.
Our shipping system creates a shipping label with exactly the same information as you entered into your “Shipping Address” on our online ordering form. In the event that you happen to enter your address incorrectly, and confirm the order without double checking the address during the confirmation process please contact us immediately to make a correction. Because we ship orders out of our warehouse within 1 business days from order placement, if you don’t contact us immediately regarding and incorrect shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for your product not arriving.
If your product does not arrive because of you entering an address that is deemed incorrect or incomplete by Canada Post or any other shipper we use, the order will be returned to us at retail counter costs. If you would like your order to be resent or refunded please contact us to resolve this over the phone. To save delayed delivery, grief and hassle, please ensure you enter the correct address when making an order in our system.
